A baker is called a PODER in Goa and he generally sells his bread on a bicycle. Traditionally he blows an air horn on his bicycle to announce his arrival to a community who buy his bread. Our logo represents a modern cartoon form of the PODER  on a bicycle. The PODER is represented by a long loaf of bread and the wheels on the bicycle are round pieces of bread. The traditional horn has additions of internet communication symbols to show that we are a mixture of the traditional and the modern.

Our master PODER Anil, combines traditional and modern baking techniques to produce one of the best collection of Sandwiches in the world.
